Spice it up or o something different. My personal experience is that if I'm not making noise, it's just not getting me there. Find what spots or techniques get her blood pumping. Wait, you say women? Are there more than one? Maybe that's what's wrong...you're too tired from trying to please so many that you are spreading yourself too thin....

Have you ever thought about getting some motion lotions or bedroom toys to spice things up? You need to do more forplay with her. Kissing her body from head to toe would be a start. Put some other parts of your body to work like your fingers and tongue and use your head for the rest. Talk dirty to her and tell her to do the same to you. Take her to the toy store and have her pick out some toys she'll like that. good luck
