When I KNOW something, I know that I know.
Otherwise, I think that I think that I think...

Alot of what we know is based on what other people tell or teach us. To really know that you know something, you have to experience it first.

So I know I know alot because I've experienced alot.

But I don't know that everything that was told or taught to me, which may be based on other peoples experiences, is something I should represent myself as "knowing".

I hope I made sense.

I know that "do" should be capitalized at the beginning of your sentence, and that "u" is an alphabetic letter and NOT a word ('you'). So, I guess I really do know what I know and more than you!

Yes, definitely. And I have years of experience as my credentials. However, it only matters to me that I really do know what I know and how I feel.
But thanx for asking, and havea fun day! :)

Yes, no doubt about it. I really know that I know sometimes I really know, sometimes I really do not know, and sometimes I am not so sure.

I not only JUST know but I know that I know what I know

Of course I know what I know, unless I have forgotten it. Then I don't know what I know.

The problem comes when I think I know something I don't know, or when I don't know what I don't know.

the more i know, i really don't know. So better just know than wanting to know more, or else you'll try to know know and know.
