"Naked as a jaybird," is just a colorful way of saying "blatantly and obviously completely naked." An opposite of the colored male Bluejay who is propably the most obnoxious loudest creature on earth.

The term "Jaybird" can have a few connotations.. I have heard most commonly referred as a way Jewish people refer to themselves (this may be a slur to them, so please do not go out and call them this).
