it's probably a fundamentalist code word for anal sex. The biblio-idolators tend to use such things. There's another one used by some of them to refer to interracial marriage.

In the case of gay sex however, 22 might refer to the scripture verse in the law -- in Leviticus I think without going to look it up -- that forbids homosexual anal sex.

If you need me to and no one else comes up with it, I'll look it up for you.

That DOES NOT mean that I endorse scriptural literalism, based on a mythic book -- it just means I'll help you find the verse.

Well without really looking it up think of it this way. Yes 22 could mean the biblical reference but there may be other things to consider. Look at 69. What does that represent? It means mutual oral sex at the same time. 22 could mean spooning. After all it does kind of look like two people spooning.
