I'm going to say the President of Iran. This dude is really crazy. We're going to plug him in such a way that if he's lucky it will be painless and won't even know it was coming.
The other one has to be Mel Gibson, talking 'bout shooting off his own foot
And finally the N. Korean Dictator, his freaking pop-guns and piss poor economy can't do anything to us but every few months makes noise so we throw more money at him. Well this one is crazy like a fox, so he doesn't qualify.

I have no examples of you behavior to determine your level of craziness.
I know some pretty crazy and weird folks, so I'd be surprised if you beat them, let alone take the title for craziest man alive.

I have to say the crocodile hunter, Steve Irwin. he always say how dangerous or poisonous an animal is then he goes and picks it up and play with it. Like I time he saw this snake and he said that it is the poisonous snake in the world and he picks it up and explores it. Now if that's not crazy i don't know what is.
