JUst about anything Mel Brooks, Young Frankenstein or HIstory of the world Part 1. Also Monty Python movies, The Holy Grail or LIfe of Brian. THey always make me laugh even though I've seen them soooo many times.

I would have to say "Love Actually" it's just a great movie about all of the different types and aspects of love. It's a great feel good mood lifting movie.

Garden State with Natalie Portman and Zach Braff, a very good dramedy. There are so many funny scenes but there quite a few dramatic scene.(not that it is bad)

Fairy Tale movies with "they lived happily ever after" endings always put me in a good mood. Like Disney, those are always good.

Well for me i'll say dumb&dumber because i'ts so funny that in whatever mood i am it still makes me laugh with a mouth full of wATER!. Maybe you can try to watch it sometime?
