You have to be very careful when talking to people on yahoo messenger, my space, or any internet site. There's a lot of weirdos out there!
You're better off connecting with actual human beings. You can meet nice and kind people through volunteer organizations, churches, adult basic education classes, and much more.
What are you interested in? Like animals? Volunteer at the shelter. Like crafts? Find a craft class. Home repair? Habitat for Humanity.
Religion? Go to church and particpate in the activities. History? Volunteer at the museum.
Once you connect with real humans, you won't need to look for friends among the strangers on the internet.

Why dont you check out www.myspace.com You can search for locals by location, gender, name, age, religion, race and many more... Its alot of fun, plus its 100% FREE!! You can see peoples profiles including pictures and a description about themselves. Ive met over 60 people this year from myspace and its been SO MUCH Fun. i like to grow to be friends of knowledgeable human beings. who knows philosophy nicely, with good humorousness yet i've got not got fun with low priced type of jokes, they must be matured mentally and sorta reserved yet energetic. family contributors oriented and understand family contributors values. I choose to be chum of Older human beings, and that they must be non secular, atleast be waiting to justify themselves.
