check out the BBC website, I was watching Flog It a couple of days ago and I think they said you could get experts to give advice on your valuables, but typing..... something, somthing forward slash Antiques, sorry can't remember the exact details.
the silver hallmark should indicate the date any more on the hall other than csg co.? eg a letter in a shield will help date the piece, should also be assay office mark, although not all London pieces have this
hope this helps
of course could always check out ebay to see if they have similar items on it as well

You don't say what kind of info you are looking for. Are you looking for info on Charles Green, the decanters or a valuation?

The best way to get a valuation is to take them to an auction house or antique shop/jewellers. (If the latter, say you want a quote for insurance)

Without seeing the hallmarks, I cannot give you more info on the rest as there was a Charles Green of London (latter 1800s) and a Charles Green of Birmingham (early-mid 1900s). Both are collectable. Your next step in that area would be to go to a site that explains hallmarks. (You will have a hallmark for regstration of city and year). Thereis a good one on
