The only thing I can think of is "Chucky" is trying to be another Edna or it might be Edna in disguise. I have no idea about the rice stuff, just an attention getter I guess.
I just been ignoring the questions. The "Chucky" movies was too scary for me to watch. It could be some stuff that was in the movies.
