Is there anybody who can tell me what is debug error? I see this message when I try to log in to a particular site.

look I can't tell you what it is but can show you how it can be stopped.
To turn off these warning messages, in Internet Explorer select tools from the menu bar and go to Internet Options.Once you have opened your internet options, click the advanced tab. From the menu find 'Disable Script Debugging' and put a check in the box next to it. Press Ok and you should not see any more warnings about script errors.

There is a scripting error on the site. It has nothing to do with you, there is a problem with the site set up.
