Stimulating the nipples has been touted by doctors, nurses and midwives for centuries but I'm not sure I would use a breast pump.
Using a breast pump, especially for the first time can bruise the nipples and you wouldn't want them sore for when the baby comes. Besides, having you partner stimulate them would be much more fun and nipple stimulation followed by intercourse and an orgasm is a lot more effective.
WARNING nipple stimulation can cause the contractions to be very strong and may increase your discomfort. You should discuss this with you doctor BEFORE trying anything. Follow your doctor's recommendations as he/she knows your pregnancy, your body, and your situation best. Anything we suggest on Yahoo! Yes it worked with me for my 2nd. I followed a few minutes of pumping with some good ol self pleasure and that did it. It worked for my friend too. Labor started as soon as she started to pump.
Only pump for 15 minutes on each side for one hour.

My friend just did it two weeks ago. She did it an hour and a half and went to bed and woke up four hours later in labor. Her mom and sister did the same thing over the years, and ive heard it working wonders for many other women.

I did it and it have been given me to 3 a million/2 cm, yet my cervix became into beside the toddler's head and could no longer get any farther with out my water being broke. stable luck yet do no longer do it alot.
