Where would you attach the ticket? Come on, you have to think these things through. What, are you going to use a stapler? Duck tape? Think man. Think.

Well, it´s kind of hard to tell when someone hasn't worn a condom during sex. But it would be a good idea to prompt people to wear them by, I don't know, giving them lotto tickets or something like that.

It would be great if we could find ways to encourage condoms. Sadly i dont think this method will work.
If this was enforceable then I would be 100% behind it. With the exception of couples trying for a child activley.

No, besides, how would the police knows? just traveling rooms, and when they find a couple doing their thing, say, 'sir, could you show me your penis, I have to verify that it's wearing a condom'...
I think that the use of condom depends on what the couple having sex wants. Now, I think that if one partner require the use of a condom, the other should comply.

I think people should be able to sue others for transmission of STDs and men should have an option to not pay child support if they don't want the baby but the woman does.

tell her if she needs to be with you, she has to admire your determination. Its unlike you mentioned no. in case you're no longer waiting, you're no longer waiting. She needs to ease down. Poke holes?? it incredibly is a disrespectful. once you're around, you need to sense secure and shelter no longer nerve-racking that shes going to get pregnant without your approval.

What with government intrusion in our lives now this seems like it would not be so unattainable. But we still couldn't take them on airplanes.
