There are thousands of freshers who are not getting jobs because of compitation. I was told that major part of these are doing some courses and keeping fake experience and getting job in MNC's. How far it is good. Does MNC's accept it... ? and I beleive all these MNC's know that and still hiring for filling there requirement. Now a days its bacame open secret b/w employee and employer... how far will you support this?

It is not good at all. While it is very difficult to get a job that requires experience, one way you could do that is go through a temp agency. They take anyone who is breathing or so it seems. They put you in jobs that will give you the experience you need and sometimes the place that is using your talents will keep you and hire you away from the temp agency. If you put down jobs you have done, but didn't do it will be found out and you will be fired for lying on your application. They can and will do that.

Ok, please use spell check. You need to get the syntax and grammar as well as the spelling right to make sense to your readers and future employers. I think you are using 'fake' experience as a crutch instead of getting a real education that will help you land a long term rewarding job. Good luck in your education.
