A friend told me that in one of the GTA games there was an ice cream truck you could drive and you were supposed to sell drugs out of it. Does anyone know which GTA this is and where to find it in that game?

In Grand Theft Auto:Vice City once you compleate the Shakedown mission.You can buy some assests and one of which is "Cherry Popper's Ice Cream" in which you have to sell Ice Cream in Van.

That's definitely GTA Vice City. I played that mission and I thought why the heck police is after me when I sell ice creams! Later my cousin said it's not actually ice cream it's drugs!

When you press R3 while in the ice cream van it activates the mission.
