It happened twice, both times when I layed down to rest... the tremors started lightly just in my hands, but then progresses to my upper arms and became more intense... lasted about 5 minutes the first time and 10 the second....... I am going to the dr. first thing monday am,,, but has anyone ever experienced anything like this???????

I have had tremors or twitches in my hand before. It usually is from doing something repetitive that tires the nerves in that area.

However, I've been told that in the heat, if we don't drink enough water, we can also cause this to happen, along with major cramping in other areas of our bodies.

There are always more than one explanation so your best bet is to let the doctor do the diagnosing. No use worrying about it. You can make it worse and not change a thing. Just do what you need to and hope and expect the best.
