i knew a guy who had this it was painful he had nerve damage and now he has nothing but a fake pump inside like they did reconstruction for penile prostrate cancer victims.. leave ur package alone it was what ur born with if ur that close to marriage she has or should accept u if not u will know. before marriage. there are many ways to please a wife and yourself.. read Kama sutra.. an do not operate on that !

My understanding of penis enlargement is that they dont really make it larger, they just cut a tendon or something so it hangs lower and looks longer. Too much risk of nerve damage and failure for something that doesn't really work.

mmmm,thought about that for all of 2 seconds and my answer is no ****** going near my dangly bits with any kind of a cutting device...be happy with what you have..hope the girls agree its what you do with it and not all about the size....unless a magnifying glass needed
