if he/she is truly your best friend, i definitely would NOT. the simple fact is that he/she will feel as though you took advantage of her and believe it or not but blood is thicker than water and i am willing to bet they will choose the sister's side. it's not worth making your friend upset and risking the family finding out and hating you. if she's 19, she should be able to find a man for herself instead of finding one that's connected to her family (such as you or other close friends). plus you may have to deal with her every time you visit her brother (or almost every time). i am sure you are close enough to the brother to go to his family gatherings and holiday gatherings...you don't need that hanging over your head forever. after years you will most likely remain friends and it will haunt you every time you see her and it may make you both feel uncomfortable.
trust me, don't do it. it's not worth it in the long run for the thirty seconds of fame.

Do the right thing and you will be able to respect yourself. Some girl who just wants to do this tells me she has no respect for herself. Someone needs to help her build her character in the right direction. You could do that or you could just throw away the chance. Your call.
