go to your profile for this yahoo answers thing and where it show your pictures look to the right and it will say Use Avatar
click it then it shows your avatar...Took me a few to figure it out

if you're over 18 register a yahoo 360 account and in your public profile you can change it to display your display picture in yahoo360 to be your picture here in yahoo answers..
put simply, from http://answers.yahoo.com/, click "My Q&A", and from there click "Edit My Info", and from there you should be able to figure out how to change your display pic. yep.

Log in and click on your name , it should bring up a thing that say's change or delete picture .

Click on your pic right now, then click on edit my info, it's pretty easy after that. Thats how I did mine.
