2 tblsp Half & Half (40 calories)
2 tsp Sugar (22 calories)
1 Dannon Light N' Fit Smoothie (70 calories)
374 calories = 21% of daily caloric intake (for me)

I never eat breakfast. I did when I was a boy, but I quit when I was age 16 or so. My body is just not ready for food too early it seems. I may have brunch about 10:30 occasionally. I like omelets then.

Two links sausages, two pieces of toast, Have some frosted flakes and two cartons of milk waiting for me around 10:30 and some grapes, pineapple, and strawberries in the fridge.

You won't believe this, but I had rice and grilled fish. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so may I suggest so I would suggest something very nutritious. Bon Appetit!!
