I think the answer depends largely on what would have happened to the USSR.
If the USSR had been conquered, then I reckon Europe would be a desert.
An awful lot of us would be dead - not just full Jews but also part Jews, homosexuals and gypsies. Eastern Europe would be a huge slave labour camp full of barely literate Slavs kept as agricultural labourers and very little else. A number of important inventions would have never occurred because they were discovered by free-Europeans and the first thing tyranny does is discourage thought.
If the USSR had not been conquered - then I reckon we'd only just know be seeing an end to the communist regimes in Western as well as Eastern Europe since eventually they would have swept across to the Atlantic. Nazism is essentially distructive - it could never have lasted.

Phillip K. **** wrote a whole novel depicting the scenario you just decribed: _The Man in the High Castle._
Here's an excerpt from a review by Adam Roberts of _The Man in the High Castle_:
"The novel is set in West-Coast America in the 1960s, but a 1960s in which the Axis powers won the Second World War. The old USA has been partitioned, with Nazi-run Eastern and Japanese-run Western portions and a notionally non-aligned buffer-zone along the Rockies. The main characters are a number of San Francisco Americans getting on with their lives in their various ways. The Japanese overlords are totalitarian but honourable, and many of them have a penchant for collecting old US-memorabilia -- civil war pistols, 1920s comic-books and the like, a market a number of Americans are happy to supply. Meanwhile the Germans have landed astronauts on Mars, drained the Mediterranean for farmland, and have almost entirely liquidated the black African population in an extension of the 'final solution'. ****'s use of detail to sketch out his alternate reality is well-nigh flawless, a model for others to copy: not too egregious, but always suggestive and thought-provoking."
Phillip K. **** also wrote novels that were later adapted into successful science fiction movies, including Blade Runner and Total Recall.

Will all the Jewish People would be killed off and their belongings and religious artifacts would be placed in a museum for all to see. The History books would be re-written so the Jewish People were to blame for everything and the Nazis did a great favour to the world for killing them off. Since Polish and most people who are are Slavic heritage will never be allowed to go to school because the Nazis felt their were inferior people so they will be force to service their Nazis masters. German would be the second language taught in all of the schools. There will be concentration camps around because as we all know people who dislike living in a dictatorship will be sent there for speaking or writing their opinions about the regime they are living in; as we all know a dictatorship doesn't like any thing negative said about how they are running the country they are controlling.

If they had one i would think that they wouldn't have stoped with the US France Poland england canada and russia, they would've eventually gone to war with japan, and the rest of the world i could imagine, and then one day hitler would've died and then the conquered would rise again and the world would be torn apart by rebelion, and the nazi's would either be crushed or crumbling by now, and we'd be in a state of rebuilding.

Look at what happened to the countries under their domination: France, Holland, Netherlands, Belgium, Eastern Europe....that's how the rest of the world would've looked.
A world of partisans and people being taken off to concentration camps....

It would be the same as now... But it would be another (WW 3)... or somthing like a... revolution because the intelligent people are not few they were starting to impel the people to revolution... they were starting to talk to them that evry thing around them is bad and thera are many places around the world were the people are free and that would motivate the other to to try to destroy the 'Bad Guys'...
That's one of my opinion... Other is:
USA would made the things go round like they must go...
Or ( a very possible thing to change):
The administration would kill itself and it would fall after time...
Or:
Hitler somedays had to died... when his dead comes and the administration would fall (we know that not evreybody liked him... the people who liked him mostly were the stupid people... but not the people around him(the weren't stupid!)
But we must thanks to the stars and the lucky (or maybe the strenght) of The English and American warriors that they didn't let that happened...
God bless them...

The Jews represented those human beings without geographical area, and as such exhibited not one of the nationalism that each and each individual else had. evidently this made each individual else suspicious of them. in any case, German nationalism, like maximum nationalisms of the era, might want to have carried racial connotations. The Jews were somewhat a lot the objective of each individual's nationalism, so it would want to certainly be illogical and unusual for Germans to be nationalistic yet no longer anti-Semitic- historic German nationalism blanketed friction with different non-Germans which includes the French and the Slavs, both one in all whom were at conflict in quite a number of factors in time for the time of Germany's formation as an empire. it will be spoke of that the Nazis being anti-Semitic isn't a marvel for someone residing in that factor- France arguably had worse anti-Semitism in relative evaluation. The French beginning from the revolution to now were continually keen on secularism and statism- in different words, race and faith were considered as doubtlessly conflicting with loyalty to the state. that's no diverse from communist regimes that count number on the human beings being unswerving to the state on my own. In different words, it grow to be standard to be anti-Semitic on the time. so some distance as Hitler, Nazis and diverse disgruntled Germans were in touch, the myth that Jews conspired to convey the downfall of Germany by skill of Versailles grow to be actual. Now if we are to anticipate that none of this ever got here about- that the Nazis were no longer anti-Semitic yet instead enlisted Jews on their advantage to their ends, then what we'd want to have is a marginally non-radical Nazism. WW2 might want to probably have grew to grow to be Germany right into a haven for Jews, in fact- France, England, Soviet Union, and so on. weren't pleasant in course of Jews both. Germany might want to have merely pummelled France and England might want to have sued for peace, and the Versailles circumstances be reciprocated. A non-racist Nazism doesn't have grew to grow to be it right into a conflict of extermination adversarial to Slavs both.

Europe, under German domination, would be top-dog. America would be either an isolated backwater, or a puppet government..that, or we would all be involved in a mass civil war.
The NAZI party itself wasnt very stable, you have to remember that
