why do guys afaird of asking girls out
i don't know how to answer her,so can you give me some answer so i can tell her why????

Becasue we're scare of rejection and I think we know that if a girl does not want to go out with a guy there is no chance for a "yes" answer (on the other hand, if a guy is asked buy a girl, he will still "normally" give it a chace on most cases).

i don't no, prolly rejection. I go to a summer camp where there is a dance. One year i decided to go to the dnce and the first thing i did was ask the boy who i wanted to go with if he would go with me sttaight up. i didn't like him in that way, he was just the only guy i knew that went there. and although i have the curage to ask out the guy i like without fear of rejection, i am afraid of my mom getting a chainsaw and chopping me into little bits if i get a boyfriend before i'm 14, even though where i come from most people have bf/gfs at eight or nine. They're fairly serious too. I understand the matter about as much as you do. No one understands it, as far as i can tell.

Tell her it is because guys, even more than girls, are afraid of rejection. Women are measured by what they have done in their lives. But men are measured by what girl they are with. Just look at Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. Think about the way you think of them. You think: Angelina Jolie is a beautiful woman who can act and helps the children in Africa too. Then you think: Brad Pitt is with Angelina Jolie.
So of course we get afraid. If we get rejected by a girl that we really want to be with, its like having a million bucks stolen from you. And it hurts.

Maybe guys are afraid to get rejected mostly because most guys think that girls will immedietly say yes but sometimes theyre wrong, Girls like guys to be more confident when they ask them out

in my opinion being a guy would be hard. it is always up to them to ask a girl out, make the first move, ask for marriage. (i know some girls do all of this, but i really isn't the way it should be) maybe guys are afraid of rejection?

Just tell her cuz guys are stupid or something if you won't to get her off your back. But the real reason is because you're afraid of rejection.

because they are just stupid and dont have the guts to go up to a girl and talk to them. tell her that if they are real men and actually want to have something with the girl, then they will ask them out. but if not then they're wimps.

Because they are afraid of being rejected. They think she's too hot to be interested in them, or she's "taken", and will tell them to go f&%k off. Or they may be afraid they're just not good enough,.. too ugly, too poor, too shy, too evil, to psychotic, too nerdy, too skinny, too fat, whatever. But it all boils down to one thing,... fear of rejection.
