networking, eithernet, two xp's one mill. ME?

Followed the directions as best as I could but the ME is not recongizing the network, the two XP's are , but the one XP is not finding the networked printer. oh the XP's are PRO is there a free software that will help me? I am a novice with networking.

On the ME, just like windows 98, the networking has to be turned on. I forget how to do this, but try the Help on the Windows ME. Look under file sharing, they will tell you how to turn on the networking there.
