well.......you should think of her favorite things and combine them into one day and towards the end bring out that special ol ring and give it to her. look into her eyes and say it, say " i love u, will u be with me forever"....thats what i did
just make sure she really likes u and u have nothing to worry about

then ask.
if that fails, do more things to show you'd be a good husband then..
