Save the file as a gif instead of as a jpg. It's easy!

Start > Run >mspaint to open the 'Paint' program...
Click 'File' in the upper left corner and select 'Open' from the dropdown menu. Find the gif in your files and select it. Now click 'File' again and select 'Save As' Select JPG from the 'Save as type' dropdown menu and file it in your documents.

open gif in photoshop then save as jpg =)

use the save as feature on any good art program
or get an image converter
