We can give them the respect they deserve, they came through a war for us, although as time has gone on, I don't know why, it merely delayed thanks the d!ckheads who have been running our country for the last 9 years! This aside though, old people have generally worked hard their all their lives, and lived decent mostly clean lives, they deserve to live their final years in peace and free from any aggrovation of any kind. The yobs who terrorise them and the con people who prey on the elderly are sh!t and personally I would have them shot! Old people havent lived for 70 or 80 odd years without picking up a thing or two along the way as well, their knowledge and wisdom can be invaluable. Be nice to old people, you will fill their shoes one day, how would you like some 17 year old trying to make you look foolish? I for one wouldn't stand for it, not then and certainly not now!

Older people have gained a wealth of information through actual life expeeriences that can be helpful to aperson like you.
get to know them. any can be more fun than you think. just look at rappin granny that was recently on america's got talent.
that woman is a bundle of joy. even plays basketball.

Remember that we are all living longer so you could well still be asking this question when you are over 60. (My old mother is 90 next year so work it out)

Take care of them. Make sure they are treated with dignity and respect. Help them out financially if they need it. Spend some time with them. Some of them have a lot of interesting stories to tell. Listen to their advice since they've been through it all.

Well what do you want to do with us 'oldies' is more to the point, you could have us exterminated, bus us out to an island somewhere, have us locked up out of sight or you could try talk to us, were not all whinges and complainers you know.
