The title suggests its really bollo.. testicles, but it looks good and has snakes, and a plane, and explosions... sooo...?

I saw this last night, and was not expecting anything much. I was pleasantly surprised, and thouroughly entertained! Overall, it was campy, but Samuel Jackson is just awesome and the characters were surprisingly well-developed. I say go see it! :) Be prepared for a bit of gruesome fun....and don't take anyone who's afraid of snakes!

Is it a great movie? No... But, in spite of what you may hear, it is not a BAD movie,... in that it actually manages to stitch a few tired movie cliches together and make something FUN out of them (even with the theatre just over half full, it was obvious that most everyone there was having a great time).
Fans of Samuel L. Jackson will not be disappointed, and opinions that this movie will ruin his career come mostly from people who are clueless about Jackson's audience appeal.
If your looking to see a film with Oscars potential then you may want to skip this one...
But if you want to have some mother-fvckin' fun in a mother-fvckin' movie theatre, then go see SNAKES ON A PLANE!

I don't know why it's such a big deal. When I heard the title, I thought it sounded stupid. YES, to be on a plane with snakes is scary, but I don't think its a good plot for a film. Hollywood ran out of ideas 20 years ago, thats why they keep coming up with sequals and remakes (which generally suck.)

I think it's a good film about snakes on a plane. As to whether it's any good in the wider sense, that's a matter of taste.

It seems to be a thriller and I love movies like that. Can not wait for it to come out on DVD.

apart from being slightly too long, and not really deciding if it's a spoof film or a serious one, yes it's ok.
only watch it i you like samuel l jackson though. he makes the film.
