Try to go through Paypal, you can set up bank account details there instead of using credit card.

Your bank card has visa on it these days so a debit card now acts like a credit card and is very good for ebay. Especially if you plan to sell a few items only. You are charged less for debit cards with the standard account.
Warning it is very complicated on ebay good luck.

You no longer need a credit card.
If you go on to Ebay and look for the Paypal link you can open a secure account with them.
They have now set up a method of setting up an account with your bank so that you don't need a credit card.

A debit card will work the same way only the money will be deposited into your checking account through paypal. You have to sign up for paypal though and I think they may even do it by check if you dont have a debit card- you give them your routing and checking account number and the payment gets deposited.

You don't need a credit card on Ebay - but it helps.
You can open a PayPal account if you have a bank account.
You can also trade not using PayPal at all. Just using personal cheques (checks) or postal orders etc.
Good Luck

Ebay will allow you to open an account with a deposit of funds. Then the fees will apply against this balance. When it runs out, you have to add more funds. You can do this using PayPal or a check.
