Last time I was in Morocco and I was invited as a special guest at a family's house.
They soon came in with a platter containing three goats heads, which had been cooking all night long on a small fire. Even the eyes were still in, staring at me. The guests started to eat and I was offered the eyes. I kindly dismissed the offer. Meanwhile the smell was awful.
The family members started to discuss the events of the day while tearing of pieces of skin of the heads. I started to nibble on some piece of meat given to me and the moment I thought that I could put up with the stench and taste, I looked up to see that the heads were half eaten and the skulls were beginning to show:
the teeth exposed, which made them seem to grin at me but without facial expression, the eyes weren't there anymore.
I withdrew from the table claiming I had stomach ache. Two hours later, they served me hamburgers (kefta) instead so I reckon they knew what troubled me. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is not used to this type of meal. For the ones well accustomed: bon appetit mes amis

That's a hard question. I've had so many discusting foods that tasted bad. Liver would have to be in the top 5, just think of all the toxins it filters out of the blood.

The most disgusting food I've ever tasted is avocado. The one I would never taste is some of those motor-oil-looking-covered olives that they have sitting out at Martin's. Yeccchhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!! People actually buy them too!

White Castle hamburgers!!!!! I have never thrown away any food in my life, but one bite of that crap and I heaved the whole thing, before I threw up. It was like biting into a dead rat's guts. How anyone can even drive into one of those places is beyond me.

I hate liver. I never swallowed a single chunk of it in my whole life. A little before they discovered vitamin B12. Doctors had discovered that giving liver to eat could cure a type of anemia (vitamin B12 deficiency). Some patients hated liver so much that they preferred to die instead of eating liver.

Sheep brains. In 1983. My head still hurts when I think about it. And my throat. I've been vegetarian now for 22 years.
