I am trying to get a Cincinnati weather video. It keeps cutting off and on. In very simple terms, can someone tell me how to get it without it cutting off and on. I have a Dell Windows Home XP computer. I am 79 years old and do not understand much about these computers, so please keep it simple if you can. Thanks

That is probably a bandwidth issue.

If you are on dial-up, you need to switch to a high-speed internet service.

If you are already on dsl, cable, or satellite, then it may be a bandwidth problem on the website where you are viewing the video.

Here is a description of how bandwidth makes this problem:

1. Video starts downloading.
2. Your video player estimates the time left to download the video and the time to play the video.
3. When the estimated download time is less than the estimated playing time, the video starts playing.
4. The download speed slows down a bit.
5. The video stops playing while it catches up.

If you have a slow internet speed, then you have to wait for the video to load fully. To do this, if the viewing window has a pause button press it and wait a while. After a few minutes, you should be able to watch the video without interruptions.
