there are a couple of theories about why men like boobs. Firstly is that it reminds them of being a child and be nursed. Secondly it is to do with them looking like buttocks. (think doggy style)Women have evolved to have breasts so that they attract more males.
I wouldnt think there is anything wrong with you for not getting turned on when they are touched by a man. Everyone has different levels of excitement from being touched. For example some girls love their feet being tickled and this gets them hot, but cant see what it does myself.

Speaking for my self I like the way the feel in my hands and against my skin. It's gotta be the way you are being touched, maybe you haven't been with the right men. If you are a teenager then guys just attack you and don't perform well.

Well some ladies breasts and nipples aren't really sensitive. My ladies for example.. You can buy creams that help add sensitivity. Or try nipple toys... Why fret about it move on to other areas... I myself am an *** man...

i think u have been sucked by lot of guys.. now u r fed up with guys sucking at ur nipple. ask the guy to first touch ur boops, then touch ur nipple, pinch it, squuze ur nipple with fingers, then ask him to lick over it. finally bite it and suck. he should have his hand on one boop and other boop should be licked...
