its only 5 mins long and in real time and its just a video blog.if i was using a pc id p in a zip file and send in a email to my gf. but what do i do if its with a mac.i have a top mac desk top comp but dont know how to use it properly.help please.

You'd have to compromise between quality and size of the file and the size of your displayed window by choosing the right compression then save as, or export to another file (depends on what kind of program you use to open it with).
Play around with settings until you get to the right choice.
Like most of the graphic files, archiving don't usually make the files that much smaller.

Yummy hand-crafted, with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, sliced onion, dill pickle, mayonnaise and tomato. It makes me homesick to imagine about it! next brilliant element is Burger King's Angus burger.

You could copy it back into the video camera, or, if you have a
Super Drive, and not just Combo you can burn it onto a disk.
