Im not sure about a single word, but the latin 'Tempus Fugit' [Time Flies] is often applied to things that do not remain constant with passage of time.

Possibilities from the Thesaurus. I entered "inconsistent."

adjective
Lacking consistency or regularity in quality or performance: erratic, patchy, spotty, uneven, unsteady, variable. See continue, same
Following no predictable pattern: capricious, changeable, erratic, fantastic, fantastical, fickle, freakish, inconstant, mercurial, temperamental, ticklish, uncertain, unpredictable, unstable, unsteady, variable, volatile, whimsical. See change, continue
In sharp opposition: discrepant, incompatible, incongruent, incongruous. Logic: repugnant. See agree
Made up of parts or qualities that are disparate or otherwise markedly lacking in consistency: discordant, discrepant, dissonant, incompatible, incongruent, incongruous. See agree

Reminiscing.

transient.
I thought it was transigent, but checked in the dictionary. The earlier answerer is right, it's to do with the passage of time. (transigent isn't even in the dictionary!!)
