What can I do, it's slowing my PC down a lot everytime I'm online. Even when I get rid of the pop-up it still keeps trying to return at regular intervals while I'm still online. I get alerts when a pop-up is blocked, but I still keep getting 3 regular pop-up coming through for the same things. It started about 3-4 weeks ago. I think one is called blank.com and another is publishers.clickbooth.com and the other is for a loan.

Run ypur anti spy.Some web sites will down load spyware and Active X software just by visiting them.It's located on your tool bar.It looks like a square with a target on it.Remove any programs that it suggests.

You're probably infected with spyware. You'd want to get some anti-spyware programs and run the scans. I use Spybot S&D, which you can get from http://www.safer-networking.org/
There are other free programs out there, like Ad-aware as well, but I haven't used it. You can also have a technician clean off your PC.

that means u got the spyware deep inside ur system, it is not easy to get rid but try below:
1. install Microsfot anti-spyware, Ad-aware and Spybot . all is free
2. after install all the software above, restart ur computer in safe mode ( press F1 whne computer booting )
3. Run all the scans (FULL system scans) it might take a while
After that it should get rid 99% of spyware

Try going to tools, find pop-up blockers and go to pop-up blockers setting.Your filter setting might be too low.

I would bet that they are either Yahoo Pop Ups or Hot Mail Pop Ups.
Yahoo is not going to shut down their Pop Ups just because you do not like it. Neither is Hot Mail.

You have probably been hacked. It may sound too far-fetched but then, anything is possible as long as your PC is connected to the internet. I will advise you to seek expert help. The earlier the better...

these pop-up blockers never block every pop-up. you should start using mozilla firefox. there is never any popups unless you click a link.
