because u r not 18 years old.u can creat a new yahoo id in which ur date of birth should be more that 18 years of age.example :19 aug 1988 or 1987.

Perhaps the person does not have you on their buddy lits and only accept sinvites from poeple on the list? I'm not sure, hope you get it figured out

at most times it says u do not have the permission to view
they must allow u to see them
