Yea, but you better get one with a low-jack! People are stealing them left and right now days! (low-jack, a silent tracking device)!

You can off load your digital photos onto your laptop, and continue taking great photos every day!
I've done that several times. It's great! I just off load the pics, and keep going. No need to buy another card.
At the end of the month my husband and I are going to a resort in Oregon for a big family gathering and by taking my little EasyShare printer with me I'll be able to print out pics there on the spot and share them with the assorted clan.
So, if you have the time, pick up an EasyShare printer or the HP version. They are small and light and make great prints.
So, go for it. Take your laptop.

You don't want the withdrawal pains,I understand.
Mind this may be the true test. Besides aren't you going to be having so much fun that you won't even think of it?
We stayed with someone who has pc this year. It was ok but my niece and I were jockeying for the computer. She's 13 and "messengers"all night if you let her(no one does).
The best part of my vacation was the 3 days at the beach with no internet and no tv.

Why not take it. Mine always goes with me, I never know when I am going to need to look something up. Last time I was on vacation we needed to find the location of a favorite store in a new area. So found a wi-fi location and connected and found the info.

no leave it at home, laptops and other indoors entertainment may ruin your holiday cause youl never get out and youll be tired down, my brother took his laptop on holiday with us when we went, and his work kept ringing up, and he had to work all the time, it totally ruined it..
and if you cant live 4 days without your laptop i think your addicted and should get some help mate

Uh-oh...that doesn't sound good. Do your best to leave it at home, if you don't it might just become a new and permanent appendage thereby limiting your ability to properly accessorize for any occasion.
