Objective is a goal or purpose

Objectvity is the ability to do or describe something without being influenced by anything (people's emotions, prejudices)

Simpler, objective it's a goal, objectivity it's an ability !

Having objectivity gives you the ability to be objective.

Objectivity is analyzing a subject with an open mind. Exploring all possibilities, or recognizing the possible merits of an idea or presentation.
