Server Down means you'll have to wait a while longer for your chicken fajita. lol
It means the internet connection to the site your are attempting to enter is not operating at the moment. Usually, it is for maintenance. Try again later.

It means the piece of equipment that holds the web page you are looking for or e-mail your are sending is not available. It could be broken, turned off, or just disconnected from the internet so someone can perform maintenance.
