You need a new motherboard. You can find them at newegg.com and mwave.com. Important things to consider are the form factor for your case, the amount of power you have available from your power supply and the type of cards you want to transfer over. Building a computer from scratch is fun, but if you aren't up to that, maybe it is time for a whole new computer.

You would have to buy a brand new motherboard.
Why don't you just use low density ram instead of upgrading the motherboard?

The module configuration doesn't let us know. All 1GB DDR sticks will be 128M x sixty 4. it is the organization of the man chips that make up the module that verify its density, no longer the organization of the module as an complete. The VS1GB333 is made from 64MB x 8 chips. it really is low density. (extreme density might want to apply 64MB x 16 chips).

If compatibility is the problem, you'll have to replace your old motherboard. If not, all you need is some additional RAM chips. As much as possible, have a qualified technician install them.
