You can copy and paste the address, or you can type http://, like http://www.cnn.com

open the site you want to post on a different web page specially at the place you people to see then copy from the site inoe in the address bar and paste in what you are posting

Are you referring to copying and pasting links in the message? Just go to the address bar that you want to put in the message, highlight the address, right click - hit copy. Go to the message, right click in the message box and hit paste.
