The smartest is Jimmy Bennett. He's working with big stars like Bruce Willis, Harrison Ford, Ryan Reynolds, Steve Carrel and even MY FAVORITE! TOM HANKS! I wish I could do that! The dumbest is Paris Hilton. The reasons are too many to list. One is she's famous for NO reason at all! One more point for Jimmy- he also got to work with Kurt Russell and Richard Dryfuss!

I think Angelina Jolie is pretty smart (although she's a bit weird). I believe this after hearing her in interviews, and finding out how quickly she learns to do things like flying planes. I'm assuming she's quite bright. Of course the only star in hollywood whose IQ I know off hand is Sharon Stone. She has a genius IQ (150+).

The dumbest star has got to be Jessica Simpson. All you had to do was watch one of the eps of her and Nick's reality show, and you could see that she had trouble "connecting the dots". A lot of people say Paris Hilton. lol, Paris is a smartass and much brighter than ppl give her credit for. Her ditzy act makes her money.

She keeps her private life, well private and doesn't exploit her own children, for some quick cash(not saying all celebs do!) and she seems like a pretty smart lady.

Shes complete trailor trash, and thinks she is a perfect representative women with having curves and all. She sets a bad example for her kids, and cannot be called a rolemodel in any sense of the word. Shes basically just a prositute with mone, who needs to learn to keep her legs closed. Also she believed in Santa Claus until she was 17!

Smartest Actress: That's a toss up between Sandra Bullock and Angelina Jolie. These women are always giving to some charity.

Smartest Actor: George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Al Pacino. These guys are great actors. They make better choices on what movies they are going to do and they are very charitable.

Dumbest Actress: Hilary Swank for not standing by her man in his need of help. She cared about her career than her marriage. Especially when her husband stood by her when she won her two Oscars. She is very dumb.

Dumbest Actor: Mel Gibson for being a religious jackass.

Smartest Singer: Christina Aguilera for finally cleaning up her "dirrty" act. Plus her new album is great. Nick Lachey for moving on after his ex-wife gave him the boot.

Dumbest Singer: Jessica Simpson for leaving Nick Lachey. She was so used to being daddy's girl that she forgot that she was married to a man. Lil Wayne for getting arrested for being stupid.

All time dumbest celebrity or celebrities: Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Ashlee Simpson. I am so tired of hearing about these females fighting over nothing. I am sorry. That act like they are in high school when they are suppose to be adults. They are suppose to be entertainers but really they are very talentless. Paris and Lindsay should not be singing. They sing like they talk. Nicole needs to eat. And Ashlee needs to admit to that nose job of hers.

I think that Paris Hilton is the Dumbest Celebrity. And I think that Beyonce is the smartest because she divorced Jay-z On the first day of their marrage. She was smat enough to leave his ***
