when...they catch the depraved human being...do like the russians did to their child killer years ago...put him in a cell, hold a revolver to the back of his skull and pull the trigger...done...finished...cost the tax payers nothing.

It is becoming apparent the man they have arrested had nothing to do with her killing. I can't believe he is being brought back to this country when he has basically been exeronated of these charges. For Thialand to allow extridition under these circumstances is questionable. Most people feel that the killer died this June. No matter what goes on now, we can never be convinced that Patsy did not kill JonBenet. If a "true" killer is ever caught, punishment is uo to the judge and jurors.

When did they catch him? I know that the guy who claims to have killed her probably didn't. Kinda hard to be in two places at once. He was obsessed with the killing. He made a lot of educated guesses. Enough that they wanted to talk to him. But there were some that were far off. Namely that he drugged her. The M.E. reported that there were no drugs in her system.
I think this guy has a serious mental problem and should be put away. He got busted with child porn and was living in Thailand, where it's much easier to get access to children.

When they actually determine who the killer is I don't think we have to worry about what should happen to the killer. I know several people who are PRISON guards and from their experience they say we don't need to worry about it. Even though there are hardened prisoners they still have a conscience about child molesters and child killers. The prison population will take care of the killer!!!

Death Penalty if it was premediated. If anything else, even an "accident" that the former teacher is now being accused of, should be life imprisonment without the possbility of parole for allowing the family to suffer for the past 10 years.

What do you mean, what should "They" do to the killer? Who is "they"?
Secondly, there's not really a choice. It's called due process of the law.
First we need to find him.
If it turns out that this man arrested IS the killer, there will be a trial if he pleads not guilty. If found guilty, he may go jail/prison, or be executed. Or he may be innocent by reason of insanity.
If he pleads guilty, there will be sentencing if the judge accepts his plea.
That's what will happen.

This my personal opinion but when it comes to crimes that are like this...the killing of child....I believe Society should step back in time ...when people lived in smaller groups ...when people were more honest about natural law......when such a person was brought back to the parents for disposition of justice!!

put whoever really did it, in a room and give the best torture expert in the world 2 weeks of slow agonising pain, then have public stoneing.............all molesters,rapist,etc...

Lets make sure first..........that he did it.....he may be just blowing smoke. He has to be really sick...but smart if he did it.
