I did get even with a ******** boss, here's what I did:
I subscribed him to gay magazines with a workplace address. (just got to barnes and noble and rip out the subscription flyers and mark them "bill me later") while you're there grab all the "Send for more info stub" and he will be deluged with junk mail.
I also put an ad in a free ad paper with his number as someone who was looking for a good plumber and willing to pay $20 hr. His phone wouldn;t stop ringing. I had to hold my mouth shut from laughing so hard in my cubicle.

if you want to get even with a jerk boss and still keep working there , you should take a few precautions: your work should be perfect. you should have the moral right to challenge him / her. you should be in the right.
I had a boss. he liked irritating his subs in such way that it was impossible to stop him. egotistic. when he say something , he dont have to please his subs , can be blunt and irritating if he wants to because as long as he is within his rights , nothing can be done to him , right? i knew his psychology. so i used the same tricks back on him . for example , when all else in the workplace addressed him Sir , i called him Mr. in front of the others , me a much junior guy than him , much lower in the organisation . he later watched his language to me while talking to me , because he knew i will risk insulting him back in kind if he tried anything. for any attempt he made to irritate me, i always returned in equal proportion. And i survived there till he got his promotion and moved away.
ah , you should be prepared to face trouble because boss could make life difficult for you. its up tp you.
else you could throw your resignation letter in his face and let him have it and be thrown out of the office!!

True story from Houston, TX.
A boss fired an employee, with abusive words.
5 years later, the "boss", was released and went to Chicago for a new position.
Guess who his supervisor was?
Don't burn bridges.

True story !!
I worked in a Church office & my so called "boss/manager" was a real b***h !
She constantly made nasty remarks at me. So I wrote a letter to the Pastor about why I was giving my 2 week notice & she changed her tune real quick but it was too late everyone knew in the office why I quit.
