Mr.Cool: My guess is that something I said must have hit home. You're probably the sort who would rather get ahead by kissing a** instead of by hard work. By the way, there's something on your nose. Here's a Kleenex for you to wipe it off...

Mr Cool Ain't ........ Ignore him and the brown nosers .. Usually the boss knows those types , at first meeting ... What comes around goes around and their head is on the chopping block at the first signs of trouble .....

satch them in the bathroom, during work, when nobody else will be in there ( you have to watch close) corner that person and speak directly and clearly in a deep tone. Let them know you mean to solve this lil problem one way or the other and it is up to them to back down or to be backed down. But don't ever come right out and say I gonna kick your a**. Just make suggestions like " We're gonna solve this and if you have a problem we can work it out outside after work." This has work for me

Or you can go to H.R> like the rest of the B***H's

I just usually keep my mouth shut and do my job. I prefer to ignore them but if they get on my nerves I tell them they need to go in the restroom and wipe the poop off their noses.
