You should not activate system restore. System restore undos your harmful changes into the system disk and files. Since a virus usually benigns itself as a system file, once you delete it or delete its registry entry, it will still come back due to the system restore.

Turn off system restore and update your Ad-Aware SE. Then delete all the traces of spyware. Once done, restart your computer and look how good turning off system restore can be.

Ahm, you should turn system restore again after you deleted the virus. If you accidentally done something wrong to your PC, there's no one there to save you.

Chances are, you're o.k. even with that one file there. I have noticed that sometimes Spybot will report something that cannot be changed for some reason, such as a file being imbedded inside anothe file which cannot be altered. If your system is running O.K., you can probably just leave it as is.

Have you tried pressing F8 as you boot up and going into safe mode to do your spyware scans, that's a technique you should always use so that the malware won;t even get a chnace to start up and try to conceal itself.

you've 2 ideas at this element: one million. reformat the not user-friendly force and then reinstall your operating equipment. 2. Take it to a computing device fix service. the project you're having is extreme and your ideas are restricted. I had an similar situation and ended up having to reformat. recognize now even if, reformatting erases each and every little thing on the not user-friendly force, so optimistically, you sponsored up each and every little thing to an exterior disk or storage. solid success, it truly is a not user-friendly situation.
