Definitely not! Swimming actually improves your posture! It encourages your spine more flexibility and strengthens your endurance. Personally, swimming is the best sport I've ever tried for the past ten years I've been active in sports.

nop it is good for ur posture. if u have a back problem swimming is good excercise doesnt put much strai on ur knees, back and joints in general.
