Use your imagination. Find new and different ways to "make love" to your wife, but don't use it as an excuse to stray.
In response to an answer you gave to the God question, why do you feel that a mentally handicapped person cannot realize God's presence? Is it because they cannot articulate it to you? In that case you must feel that babies/infants cannot either. In fact it is my belief that They are closer to God then those with "normal reason". Just a thought.
