michelin is the best, they got this 3 year warranty against tire explosion and theyre really durable, worry-free.

There is no best. What do you want to do with the Lancer? Commute with it as cheaply as possible? Make it handle well on dry pavement? Enter it in WRC rally racing? The tire that works well for one of these will not be the best for the other tasks.

if its an EVO....the best Z-rated tires money can buy...like pirellis...if its the base model(non turbo) just slap a set of cooper tires or maybe kumhos on it and call it a day.
