you start out with 100 points. each question costs you 5 points. so you could ask 20 questions without answering any before you run out of points.
for every answer you earn 2 points. so if you answer 3 questions your could ask 1 more question.
if your answer is voted as best answer you recieve another 10 points so you could ask another 2 questions
