While it's possible that some traces of Solomon's Temple might be under the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, it would be as deeply buried archaeological traces. It is widely assumed that the mosque was built upon the Temple first constructed under Herod, though.

Well, here we all are pooling rumors and ignorance again, but I thought it was Herod's temple, and that actually they are not positive whether it is really positioned exactly there or not.
