You can find manuals, but not for 'Blue Bird' busses. Blue Bird was a company that built busses on someone elses chassis. If you do find a "Blue Bird' manual, then it is most likely an 'operating' or 'users' manual.
The best way to find repair information is to determine what kind of chassis you have and get a manual for that chassis. I.E. if it is a '92 Ford chassis, get the repair manual for a '92 Ford chassis. If the engine is what needs work, you get the manual for the engine. I.E. if it is a 351ci Ford engine, than you get the manual that covers that engine. Simple as that.
You should be able to figure out what engine you have from the Vehicle Identification Number, (commonly referred to as the VIN)

Try eBay be specific when they ask what you are looking for. I have found manuals on web sites and the contact us or some will just say manuals. You can check local schools too. Ask them where they get their buses fixed.
